RMA Policy:

We want to make returns as easy as possible for you. If you need to return a product to Portsmith, here are the steps to take:

  1. Submit a Web Form Before sending any product back, please submit a RMA (Return Materials Authorization) request through our web form at Portsmith Support RMA Request. This helps us verify your request and provide you with the necessary return information.
  2. Warranty Period Portsmith products come with a 1-year warranty. If your product is still within this warranty period, it may qualify for an RMA. If the product is outside of the 1-year warranty window, it unfortunately will not qualify for return.
  3. RMA Number Issuance Once we confirm that your product qualifies for an RMA, we’ll issue an RMA number. This number must be included with your shipment to ensure smooth processing.
  4. Shipping Back Your Product After receiving your RMA number, you can ship the product back to us. Be sure to include the RMA number on the package for a faster return experience.

Portsmith Limited Warranty:

Portsmith warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship to the original purchaser (or the first purchaser in the case of an authorized reseller) for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the product. To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must first contact Portsmith and obtain an RMA number, then return the product to Portsmith for repair or replacement. Purchaser shall pre pay shipping charges for products returned to Portsmith.  Portsmith will pay for the return of the products to purchaser, except that purchaser shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products returned to Portsmith from a country other than the United States. Portsmith makes no other warranty of any kind with regard to this material.  Portsmith shall not be liable for errors contained herein or for incidental or consequential damages in connection with the furnishing, performance, or use of this material.

PORTSMITH WARRANTS THAT THIS PRODUCT IS NEW OR HAS BEEN RE-MANUFACTURED TO MEET NEW STANDARDS USING NEW OR SERVICEABLE USED PARTS. PORTSMITH MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT. PORTSMITH SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some states or provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PORTSMITH BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY
